Missions committee spearheads Cowboy Church’s missionaries spiritually, physically, and emotionally through ongoing prayer, friendship, finances, and other needs as they arise. We also strive to update the congregation members with informative involvement along the way. This is accomplished several ways, including having various local and international missionaries personally provide updates at church from time to time, and they also keep members aware of ways to serve various missions we support through the weekly church bulletin. Matthew 28:18-20 says, “And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” This passage is a great reminder to us all of Cowboy Church’s responsibility in being a self-supportive church as part of the “Great Commission”
